Drinking my magnesium citrate drink taste like crap i brought the lemon flavor it's nasty tomorrow is the big day to make these changes in my life for a healthier and better me : ) the hospital will call me today for the arrival time for rny tomorrow I'm excited just ready to start this new me !! Wish me luck my fellow bp friends pray that i will have a safe surgery and a speedy recovery

That's the key ....Biotin and getting all your daily protein in i haven't had my surgery yet but im having it on Thursday the 19 i take 10,000 a day of biotin

I also have a hiatal hernia his going to fix it also when i get my rny on Thursday

Tamg26k I'm having my surgery this Thursday @@duke Regional Hospital I'm scared but so ready i understand the first couple of month's will be my hardest but i only have about Fifty lbs to go im at 185 now so im praying to come out fighting so any extra prayers will help please keep up the hard work and never look back only to see how far you have come with your journey good luck and best wishes

Glad to hear you are doing well I've read another post said the they had the same problem with peeing they said it's like your urinary system is still under anesthesia i pray things will progress and will not delay you from going home take care

You are good that's what my nutrition said take two in am and two in pm it's has citrate but 2hours from your iron

Sounds great to me i haven't been in a swimsuit since i was 19 I'm hoping too I've always been sooo insecure about my body hoping this surgery will do even more then just improve my health but a complete makeover mind body & soul im going to be put under in this old body .. by the grace of god wake-up in a body with a tool to help me toward my new journey in life good luck everyone keep in touch as we progress toward our goals : )

Just brought me a nutri ninja i think it will come in handy for my shakes and pureed foods don't forget the summer is on the way nice cool drinks poolside yummy : )

Maybe chewable gas x tablets or strips i brought some just in case i haven't had surgery yet im scheduled for February 19 hope this helps
