  6. Thanks I have been doing really good finding it but today I only got 58. I think thats still good but how close do I really have to get?
  7. I am having to do a nutritional log and I am having trouble getting all my protein. I can eat normal foods but need to keep it under 1200 calories with at least 70-75 of protein. I dont have any shakes or powders yet so how else could I get it?
  8. Happy fourth of July! I hope I make great choices today!
  9. I am having to do a pre-op diet starting today that makes me do all the same things I would have to do at post op.(just not same sizes, but under 1200 calories) So today at lunch I had Outback steakhouse. I had a 6 oz steak and a house salad with some kind of tomato dressing. (It was the lowest calorie) I did great but it took me 45minutes to eat. I did great but I couldn't wait to be able to take a drink. Then I failed! I drank my whole drink basically in 30 minutes which should have taken probably 2 hours. So I am going to really have to watch my drinking habits.

  16. I have a type of arthritis and I can't do much physical activity without major pain that is one of the reasons I am having surgery. I was just told to build up to it. If I do 10 minutes on the tread mill I have to wear boots on my feet for 30 minutes due to plantar fasciitis pain. My knee grinds every time I take a step. My list could keep going. I'll be praying for you pain to ease just know that your not alone
