    June 17th surgery here, I had a 3 week stall that ended this past week.

  5. My surgeons and nut''s plan does allow vegetables until 6 months out. Protein only foods
  6. Had my sleeve done on June 17th, no issues so far HW: 350 SW: 315 CW: 296 On soft foods for 2 more weeks.

  8. Had surgery on June 17th with Kaiser. On liquid diet for 2 weeks until July 1st. Sticking with the program set up by my doctor.
  9. 4 days out here too. Not pain, do have headaches but sip of pain med cures that quickly. On liquids until July 1st.

  11. I also have surgery on the 17th. Mind is starting to wander a little bit. But overall I have not been thinking about it to much. It helps that I have a big family reunion this weekend. Talk about a test. I keep reminding myself that the reunion is about the people and not the food. Anyway, I think nerves are normal before any life changing event. Stay strong the end results is so worth it.
