  1. Sure you can, just use the latest updated list and add yourself on. Congratulations 4jin on reaching your goal !!
  2. That is very sad news Kendra. I don't think anything I say is going to help you right now. I just hope that they can slow it down for you. Please keep us posted on what the specialist says and as I said before if you need anything please let me know. Sending you lots of good energy and love. xxx
  3. Hi Janie all is well here thanks. Glad to hear that your infection is getting better. I know what you mean about the tablets... I hate taking them. I had a severe allergy attack after taking mine for the port infection. My face was swollen and my whole body had red spots which turned to welts (horrible). This lasted for 8-10 days over Xmas / NY... yuk!
  4. I'm staying on plan today because I'm sick of being at a standstill. Come on lbs start moving :Banane14:
  5. Congratulations, sounds very familiar... amazing how easily we forget the pain and discomfort after 4 months. Good luck on your new journey!
  6. You must be so happy with such amazing results and you look fantastic. Thanks for the reminder that I have to stay on track!
  7. Glad to hear your surgery was successful Sadie, now the fun begins! Shortgal, 7cc for me let's me go a lot longer without food and I eat much less through the day but that's because I'm at work and don't think about it as much. I can still eat heaps if I let myself and I still do the night grazing, some nights more than others. I haven't made my next fill appointment but will make sure I get one in the next 2 weeks. We are definitely so close, another .5 - 1cc has got to do it. Let me know how you go.
  8. Thanks Heather. I'm rooting for you too. (FYI, rooting in Australia means having sex! :rolleyes2:) I'm sure another .5 or 1cc will do it. I walk every day and do aqua aerobics once a week and that helps as well.
  9. Congratulations Trystelle... what an achievement. It is so exciting especially for you because you've lost so much to be close to onederland. No tears, just big smiles!! :rolleyes2:
  10. I'm so sorry to hear this news Kendra, my heart goes out to you. You can fight this, many have. I agree with Shortgal, you must be feeling devastated and going crazy with all the thoughts going through your mind. The big C word has to be one of the scariest things to hear. I remember it well when we were told about dad and then 4 years later my sister. Stay strong and positive and keep posting so we can support you as much as we can. If you need anything or extra support, send me a PM. Good luck and only surround yourself with positive people to help get through this. love Sades xxx
  11. Good luck on your surgery Sadie.
  12. I'm staying on plan today because this little fat body of mine needs a major loss again.
  13. Thanks for your response Heather. I do eat lots of foods which go down easily but even things which I should have problems with seem to do the same. Some things get stuck but once it passes, then everything slides down after that. I can eat bread, apples, chicken etc with no problems. I can't believe how much I can get down if I allow myself. I walk every day to help keep the weight off. I don't get hungry for long periods of time with this fill so if I use willpower I'm fine but once I start eating I can't seem to get enough. I know for me there's a psychological aspect... as soon as I start losing again, I sabotage myself so I don't lose any more... I am at my comfort zone and anything less is too scarey right now. I have to work through that soon because I want to get a lot more weight off before my niece's 21st birthday party in June and my brother's 40th birthday party in July.
  14. I have had 4 fills and am at 7cc in a 10cc band but must say my restriction level is still not the best. I can pretty much eat anything I want and in some cases can eat a lot of food. Some people feel restriction long before others but looks like I'm not one of them. I'm fine most of the day but started grazing at night again in the last 3 days. Definitely head hunger. I will go for my 5th fill in about 2-3 weeks and hope another .5cc will do the trick.
  15. I don't know much about this but I would see your family doctor in the first instance. He/she will send you for tests if required. Good luck, hope it's nothing serious.
  16. I have 7cc in a 10cc band and I'm still not as restricted as I'd like to be. I can go really long periods between meals but other than the odd times I get stuck, food goes down way too well. 3cc is not much at all if you have a 10cc band... hang in there.
  17. Well I certainly hope it's the positive outcome Longhorn. As you say because of the early detection I would think you should be okay either way. Good luck!
  18. I'm staying on plan today because there are only 20+ days left in the Spring challenge and I want to meet my goal.
  19. This is just not good enough... I would demand some action. If she doesn't I would contact the medical complaints dept in your area. Not sure what they're called in the USA. Good luck.
  20. I'm staying on plan today because even though I didn't eat much yesterday, it was mostly bad food choices.
  21. Congratulations to all the losers... hope we all get to gaol. 22. Welcome blueyelady57, you're doing really well. I had my 4th fill today which brought me up to 7cc in a 10cc band. I can feel a difference already... hopefully it lasts. Looks like I might meet my Spring challenge goal.
  23. Good one Steph, you look great !! I can't believe how quickly it's come off... you must have put some hard yakka into it.
  24. I'm staying on plan today because I'm getting my 4th fill and I want it to be the one.
  25. Thanks Longhorn. That's exactly where I want to be. I was losing heaps when I was on around 900 cals a day. I'm eating anywhere between 1200 - 2000 cals at the moment. Good for maintaining, not losing. I'll let you know how I go with this one.
