  1. the temptation is hard. if you eat it, you'll regret it. physically. I had half a burger patty with ketchup when solid foods were allowed. it went down well, very soft and it was SO good. but if you're having 6 small meals of Protein a day with water when you're not eating, you should be golden. of course it also helps to have the family support.

  3. I had my sleeve on June 3rd. home the 5th. when did everyone start exercising?! how much and what type?!
  4. I had sleeve surgery on the 3rd. released on Thursday. I've had jello. popsicles. broth and crystal light. a lot of each. I think you're fine.
