  1. He gave me a goal of 135 and I laughed out loud. I got there and liked it so much I decided to stay.
  2. Wow look at you @@jenn1! We are the same size! You look gorgeous!
  3. Hi Kelly, I'm sorry you felt that way but glad to hear that you're ready to move forward. I would recommend an appointment with your surgeon and even an exam under fluro so he/she can see if there was any damage done to your band. You should have a clear answer after that on how to proceed. Best of luck to you.
  4. My stats are right under my photo....see them? I've lost 110, got too skinny and gained a few back on purpose.
  5. Feb. 2011 was my surgery and I've been at my goal weight for 2 years. Fluctuating about 2-4 lbs any given day. Yes, I weigh daily, hush!
  6. I just looked up Cypress, like an idiot. I work in Jersey Village. Cypress just sounds so far!! My surgeon is in that area as well, Dr. Ahmad, he's pretty great, but I rarely see him anymore since I'm 4 years out. I had an un-fill in November (was really tight) and hadn't seen him in 2 years prior to that. I'm guessing you recommend regular check ups? Any idea what caused the slip?
  7. Sugar Land. Did your band slip? Who is your surgeon? Sorry I hijacked your post, hope you get your answers.
  8. I meant to say where "in" Texas. I'm in Houston as well.
  9. I'm sure that is a relief. Do me a favor.....chug a bottle of Water for me, would ya? Where is TX?
  10. Hi @@charlesoakes68, I cannot answer your questions since I have not experienced a removal, but did you already have the sleeve revision? Although I do not have any complications right now, I am not against going to a sleeve when or if I ever do. Just curious what the transition was like. -dt
  11. My kitchen has a lady bug infestation. And by "infestation" I mean 3 or 4. Anyone know why and how to get rid of them? I live in Texas.
  12. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to curse. That sucks.
  13. Those same jeans are $50 here. I passed them up and bought new ones for $80 instead. First time ever.
  14. Thanks everyone. I still have a hard time seeing myself as "skinny" but that's a mental image that I'll always struggle with.
  15. I too weigh daily, but am maintaining so I like to make sure I keep an eye on my normal fluctuation.
  16. Too many sexy women photos?? That's terrible! Ha ha, just kidding! Wishing you all the best.
  17. Interesting. I experienced some jealousy from my twin but she's better now that her lap band was fixed. She used to say i flaunted. Nope, just walking from one place to another. Not my fault you don't like it. It's tough, but try to surround yourself with positive influences and get your resume out there.
  18. I'd rather watch SpongeBob than 50 Shades.
  19. I am trying really hard to sleep late and it's not working. Nobody is awake, nobody needs me yet here I am. Eyes open....on BP!
