That's wonderful congratulations... I have heard it don't take long has a lot to do with the workup and documentation that they are provided the better the package the quicker they act. At this point I would not worry either way on your date it's a short recovery from the procedure. So delaying is never good. Who is your surgeon, where you getting it? Hi guys been a few since I posted I am now 4 plus months out and could not be happier. As of last wed I was 255 lbs 38.1 bmi so to date 68lbs gone. I only weight once a month at my support group meetings so i have an offical weight from them. Thats a ten year old kid lost lol.. only thing I am not happy with is my lack of activity due to a leg and shoulder issue can not exercise like I want to but I am taking steps to correct that so hopefully soon. My short term goal is 222 by the end of Oct that will be my hundred pound sweet spot! Wish you all the best of luck on your journey.

Hi I am 5 plus months post op sleeve and have had great sucsess. Down 70 pounds as of today. I need to tell you what you experience is not from constipstion its over eating or eating to fast you shoukd tke 20 mins to finish a meal that's where tye sweating and neasea Are coming from.. now the constipation yes I have suffered fir years with irritable bowel IBS not any longer. ? I have had bouts of constpation we all will we no longer have the stomach to digest as well what has helped me is probiotics. Dont believe what you see on tv to be effective you need between 14 and 35 billion live units a day. I find the 14 at gnc and have resently increased to 28 on my way to 35 its needed to go gradual to avoid bouts of diarrhea. This regement has helped me tremendously . Just think logical your intestinal health is more important than every now. So supplementing it is important. Please check with your health care provider and make sure your doung at least 64 oz of water a day. Best of luck hope this helps it has me!

I am feeling great when I eat I know if it's too fast or t [ much you just learn quickly what's what. I KNOW what you mean it's seemed like forever for me but in reality went very fast.. I had first appointment end of Jan and had all test and surgery done by March 5th am told was real fast. Had no health issues to deal with so went smooth. Happy Independence day to you!

Hi Christy I am Lee I had the sleeve done March 5th by Dr Patel had nothing but good experiences with him I love having the sleeve which had done this year's ago. Today have lost 65 lbs best of luck on your new adventure!

I know it's very exciting it's not easy but truthfully the liquid diet is filling I was never hungry

Who's your doctor? I'm seeing Dr. Neff in Cherry Hill I was sleeved on March 5 by Dr Patel at cooper bariatric in Voorhees they have all services under the cooper umbrella. Very pleased with results so far 65 lbs gone
