  1. Hello. Sorry about the TMI, but maybe someone here knows an answer. I am usually constipated.. It's normal for me.. BUT the last week has been completely different. Every time I eat I get the urge to go to the bathroom. I get this urgency, I start sweating and even nauseous. I had my gastric sleeve revision from lapband in December and this is new.. Anyone experience this?
  2. Hello everyone! I've had a major stall! In starting the 5 day pouch test today! Any advise?? Thanks!

  5. Hello Everyone!! This week makes 5 weeks since I had my Revision surgery from lap band to VSG! When I started my weight loss surgery I weighed 250 lbs. The day of my revision I weighed 208.6 lbs. Last week I weighed 192 lbs, on Monday I weighed in at 190 lbs. So far after revision I have lost 18.6 lbs! I was kind of sad that I'm losing so slowly. But then I did the math! Lol if I keep losing 2 lbs a week I will be at my weight goal of 160 in like 3 1/2 months so I will totally take it! I have lost 60 lbs since the beginning and I can't wait to reach goal!! I really hope I could be under 185 for valentines! Let's see! Hope everyone is doing great!! Love reading all ur inspiring messages and threads!! Be safe, stay healthy! Cris

  15. I'm so glad my doctor advanced me after 1 week! I was going crazy after 4 days!!
  16. The band to sleeve surgery was the most painful experience of my life!! I had soooooo much pain day two and three! After the first week it was all better and no pain. Just discomfort from the drain! It gets easier!
  17. I was sleeved on Dec 2 and weighed 208 today I weigh 197. I haven't lost anything after 1.5 weeks I was also moved from liquids to mushies a week after surgery. So I guess that makes a difference. Don't be discouraged! I'm starting to see that this is a common thing!
  18. Thanks everyone! I have been weighing myself everyday since I had the lap band. It's hard to stop! I just hope the numbers on the scale start going down again ! :-/
