  1. I, too, gained after my surgery. I was 283 on surgery day and when I got home, the next day, I was up to 288. I stayed up for a few days, but it is steadily going down. Surgery was on 8/20 and today i weighed in at 270. Hang in there, it'll happen!
  2. I asked my nutri that when I had my final pre-op visit with her. She told me as it's all liquid, I don't have to worry about it until I begin the mushy/puree stage.

  12. Hi, I'm Robin and I'm scheduled for August 20th. I have been to two nutritionist visits so far and a psych visit. August seems like such a long way, but I have alot to work on before that time. I'm really working on switching my Diet Coke to Water (my biggest challenge) , drinking 1 Protein shake a day, and keeping my carbs below 100. All new challenges next month. Hope to meet alot of you as I need all the support I can get!!
