  1. 1. I can tie my shoes without feeling out of breath! 2. I have a new found love which is hiking! (Who would have thought) 3. I don't hide when there is a camera around ! * down 63 lbs in 3 months! And hopefully many more to come! I love this positive thread by the way!

  3. I tried putting them in jello or apple sauce and in one spoonful I would take them down! Good luck
  4. Mashed potatoes, beans, cream of any veggie you like! I really liked to eat tomatoe basil soup! And baked potatoe with a little bit of cheddar cheese! Good luck!!!!

  8. You guys really make me feel a lot better! I just feel so anxious to go out and do exercise or do something! I just graduated nursing school so I'm just at home studying for boards and doing a lot of nothing! Sad but true lol! Hopefully this energy will come soon because I really reeeeally need it!!
  9. Hi everyone! I'm 10 days post op and feeling great! Eating is beginning to feel a lot easier and my battle scars as I call them seem to be healing well! My ONLY problem is that I get tired very easily. It can be in a every day activity like showering, changing, or brushing hair as to even going to the grocery store! When will this tiredness and fatigue go away? help please
