  7. Oh hey, I am back to work today. I am doing two 4 hour shifts split up. I work in my car, just sitting. I can move around pretty good so my legs don't get stiff, but Damn my belly was sore after this morning. Hopefully tonight won't be so bad or I may need to rethink this.
  8. @@layknee I am sorry for what happened, please take care of yourself.
  9. @@Bronxmerci you are where you need to be right now, good job standing up for yourself. Hope you are better soon and back home.
  10. @@Jyoyonomore, I appreciate your sympathies, but I actually am doing very well. I just learned early on, Water is not agreeing with me, and switched. Was out tonight at my weekly trivia game, did order water but added crystal light, again no problem. I went out yesterday on an outing for about 12 hours, took a cooler with yogurt, with Protein added, and two protein shakes. Had Soup with protein when I got home. it was a good fun day. I walked and walked, had a blast. Can't wait for Tuesday for pureed foods.
  11. I have not had a sip of Water since 2 days after getting home. Just made me have pain and liquid burp. Crystal light or Powerade zero, getting in my liquids requirement most days. Not sure when I will try water again. And I enjoyed it before surgery. I think it has to do with this the baby belly, just too much for some
  12. I was looking at that yesterday and with your recommendation, I will order tomorrow.
  13. I know what I am having for dinner tuesday night, can not come soon enough.
  14. I wish I had a recliner, would have helped. Though today did nap, laying down, not propped up by pillows and even managed to sleep on my side for a bit.
  15. Oh I get the rumblies like crazy, mostly late at night and some after I eat or am drinking to get liquids in. Not hunger, but kinda feels like a growling stomach without the hunger part. I have heard it is normal, so not stressing on it personally, just kinda funny.
  16. http://milestogo.squarespace.com/post-op-food-phase-2-full-liqu/ http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/pureed-foods.html these have ideas for the full liquid and pureed stages. I personally did not like the isopure clear. I got a sample pack of
  17. I still feel pain in belly when I get up from sitting, surgery was 10/14. I just got more liquid tylenol to help. by the end of the day I am sore from moving around. Also use hot and cold packs later in the day. I start pureed on 10/28 and can not wait. I think I will first try a soft scrambled egg, small bites, very small bites. Maybe later, refried Beans or black beans mashed and pureed. Protein added to the beans also.
  18. I had surgery on the 14th, and at this time I am allowed full liquids, which includes low fat creamy Soups, and yogurt with no fruit added, no pulp etc, with under 10 carbs per serving. same goes for the Protein drinks, under 10 carbs per serving, I have been using Premier Protein. This goes for 2 weeks post surgery, at the beginning of the third week, I can add the pureed foods, grits, 1 egg, refried Beans, with protein added. see if the NUT can email you your plan so you don't damage your pouch.
  19. So sorry you are struggling, let us know what they say.
  20. OMG the gurgling has really started, not hunger, just gurgling, feels very strange. And the gas, could take out a room of folks. LOL
  21. @@layknee, I could not drink straight Water at all, or with crystal light, gave me stomach cramping, and liquid burps. Powerade zero much beter as long as its little sips. If I forget and take a bigger sip, cramping in my pouch, ouch. @@superbariatricbabe, I think I have the same stitch in my muscle, on the right side underneath my ribcage. Pulls all the time.
