Im 6 weeks post op I have also had a rash for the past couple weeks. My Dr wasn't sure what was causing it. I just started an allergy med. I hope it takes it away. I hope yours gets better.

Im just about 5 weeks out. I know what your saying. Today was a good day for me. I need to learn to slow down,,,,,,,

I was sleeved May 5th. I felt just like you. The stress was unreal. I am so happy I did it. I really feel the stress of what should I do,was the worst part of it.

I had so much anxiety before my surgery. I was sleeved may 5th. For me the fear I had before surgery was worst then the recovery. I will keep you in my prayers.

I am from Southeast Wisconsin , near Lake Geneva. I'm 16 days post op.

Mine was last week. I am feeling great. I will be praying for you to also have a very fast recovery.

I was sleeved on Monday .I also had a hernia fixed . I know what your saying about the full time job of getting everything in. I've almost gotten my fluids in (8 oz short). I have a long way to go for the protein. Yesterday I had more pain I think I was going too fast. Today I will practice going slower. Prayers to all of us:)

I had mine done on May 5th. I 'm doing much better then I thought would. Im staying focused on fluid intake. I need to learn to go slow. I'm very happy I had this done. I had so many doubts and have never experienced that kind of stress before. This is only my 5th day but its already easier then last week.

I have been walking . It does seem to help. So far so good:)

I am recovering from my VSG surgery. It's been 7 hours I can't believe how good I feel!! I made my self sick with worry leading up to today. I even cried on the way to the hospital This morning. I am praising God for his incredible love and giving me this almost painless Recovery!!! I'm praying the others that are having theirs done soon have a good experience Also. Thank you everyone on this board for your support!!

Thank you for sharing your story. Im having surgery Monday. Im so scared of complications . I hope mine goes like yours is.

Im having mine May 5th, My pre-op is 2 weeks of 5 protein shakes a day. It's not fun, but I'm down 16 lbs

My surgery date is May 5th . I'm on day 10 of pre-op. I'm excited and scared. I can't wait for my new life.

I also am having surgery May 5th. I just wish I knew which one!!! Lap band or Sleeve????

I have talked to my dr. I think the sleeve would be the best for me, but there were a few woman in my support group who had a hard time getting anything including Water down for months after. They don't regret getting their sleeve. I just don't want to have complications.

Im having surgery on may 5th. Im driving myself crazy trying to decide on lap band or sleeve. i feel like the lap band would be safe but i may not get the results I want. Im afraid the sleeve because I don't know if I would be able to get Water down and my meds. has anyone else had a hard time deciding what to do?
