  1. Kroger's Carbmaster yogurt is a good choice. My NUT recommended that in our prep class. It's not bad and they have a variety of flavored.
  2. Just finished my 3.2 mile walk and feel refreshed (and happy that my son fell asleep halfway through the walk)!!
  3. Just checked in to the hospital!!! Good luck to everyone getting sleeved today!
  4. I just got my call and I have to be at the hospital at 6:30am for surgery at 8:30am. I'm nervous and excited!
  5. Me too! The 21st for me in Michigan. Good luck to all having surgery this upcoming week!
  6. Good luck ladies! I'm scheduled for the 21st. It is coming up really fast. The pre-op diets are all over the place. I only have to do two weeks of clear liquids. No soda now or after surgery as well.
  7. Hi there! I'm scheduled for May 21st, but still waiting on insurance approval as well. This is day two of my two week liquid pre-op diet and it's been a challenge. I just keep reminding myself that it's all worth it and that I will be ok. I think the waiting game with the insurance has been the most stress for me so far! Sending good thoughts your way for a speedy approval!
  8. I'm working with Dr Kharbutli out of Henry Ford hospital in Wyandotte. So far the program has been great (and fast) and everyone is very easy to work with. Right now, I'm playing the waiting game with my insurance, but if I'm approved, I'm scheduled for my sleeve on May 21st.
