I eat a little bit more I throw up I cant figure it out some days I just drink cause that nasty slimy stuff is not cute. I guess as time go by we will all get to know our new stomach because I cant go thru life throwing up after every meal.

  16. I guess every Dr is different I am 1 month post op and just beginning to eat solid food as tolerated. I had half of a very small baked potato today and barely could get it down.. I am extremely constipated anyone have any suggestions I have tried everything even a laxative and nothing. I am taking fiber gummies still nothing my belly is bloated and I am very nauseous I can not enjoy my food. Dr says it will pass but I am very uncomfortable.Other than that I think I am stalled because of the constipation but other than that I cant wait for more weight to drop.

  21. I was just sleeved on the 1st of July and I started out at 414.I was 397 day of surgery I am now 2 wks post op and down to 373.I am very happy I made the decision but its not easy you still have to watch what you eat.Yes you eat less and get full fast but I know some sleevers who have reverted back to old habits. I don't plan to do that. I am going to do my best to follow the plans.I believe success depends on the individual.

  23. Hey Sleevers had my surgery July 1st doing ok today was the first day I went out.I was a little weak but I managed.I even went to order take out for my kids and didn't crave at all. I still have some gas but not much. Loving isopure mango peach. Still trying to get the right amount down for the day.I am so looking forward to puree. I am experiencing some incision soreness in middle of my belly but I take pain med if it gets too bad. Worried about BMs haven't had one in few days.Trying not to get on scale everyday but lost 22 lbs so far. Hope its more by the time I go to my 2wk post-op. Good luck future sleevers.
  24. I was sleeved on 1st and my surgeon still has me on full liquids I don't start thin puree until I see him on the 16. I guess every Dr is different. I am still weak
  25. I feel those light cramps too on my right side after my shakes as well. I was sleeved on the 1st.Feeling weak tired of this liquid diet I wanna chew. I am following my Drs instruction to the tee I don't want to be a failure.
  26. Hi sleevers had mine July 1 still trying to get used to this new life. I want to go out and about but Im afraid to venture out alone due to the low energy. I manage to get around in the house mild cooking for my teenagers washing dishes but no heavy chores. Its hard getting down these protein shakes. I currently drink isopure ready made shakes because prior to surgery they taste good to me but now that is not the case.My nutritionist suggest I try a different kind so I ordered a sample kit from unjury will let you all know if its all the rave.I am afraid to weigh myself I'm trying to wait until my first post op visit.Really tired of liquids and it is so hard to take my vitamins and other pills its such a chore I just dump them in yogurt one at a time.Good luck future sleevers.
  27. sleeved July 1, tired of liquids don't think I'm getting in enough protein. I have no energy. Gas subsiding,no pain just tired of these foods.
