    So glad you started this thread! It's nice to see other losing as much as I need! I had the sleeve on 4/30/2014. Down 21 lbs so far. Not sure how much was pre-op diet. Doesn't matter any little bit helps. I started at 338 and would love to lose 180-200lbs. It's all mental for me, which I'm no good at! Hopefully someone has tips on patience and just enjoying the process, otherwise I'll be drive myself crazy wanting this weight off like now!
