Hello there, I had mine done on the 18th also. I am having a hard time getting my fluids in. I got my vitamins in today. One small victory at a time

I'm two days post op. I am only able to get four ounces of water down. Does anyone have any other suggestions to help get more down

I started my opti fast diet today. The chicken soup was horrible, anyone have any ways to perk it up? Otherwise I think I'm gonna stick to just shakes.

How have you prepared your spouse? This is going to be a lifestyle change for them. I have read every thing I could get my hands on and feel prepared, but..I have a feeling he is just not understanding how big of a lifestyle change this will be.
