I am now a month away from surgery and I cannot wait to get it done! I started my process in August and my insurance as well as the surgeon and weight loss center all require a 6 month preparation time with monthly dietitian visits, psych evaluation, exercise introductory class and everything else it seems like all the other members here also go through. My tried and failed list of diets was so long when I completed it I was appalled at how many things I had done. And failed. Now my age is chasing me and before I end up with problems which are age and weight related, it is time! I am looking forward to sharing with everyone and learning from the experiences everyone else has had.
