    What a horrific ordeal you went through but by the good graces you are alive and getting better. My best girlfriend is on her way to getting banned. I wonder if the doctors told her about the warning signs of complications. Did you have regular check-ins where the banned was assessed? It is great that you are trying to stick to a healthful lifestyle even without the band. Hopefully, you had enough time to condition your body and mind to continue your success.
