Boob Issue
When I was fat I wore a 42DD. I have lost about 55 pounds and I needed a new bra. I went and bought a 38DD and I have found that the cup size is wrong, I am falling over the top of the bra. I might need to find a 38DDD/38E. Has anybody heard of this? Could my cup size really be larger now?

Need a Buddy in Downey, CA
I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery done on March 11th. I am hitting the gym and working hard but I feel like I need somebody to talk to and just check on me to hold me accountable. I know I can get lazy and stop going to the gym and pig out on chips and bean dip, LOL, I need somebody to make sure I do it!

Help! I can't keep any food down!
Best advise is to SLOW down. I use "Eat Slow" an app on my cell phone that has me take a bite every minute and a half. Eating slower helps you notice when you are full. I have no began to realize how much I can eat and to stop myself before I get to that point. Good Luck!

How hard do you sweat during workouts?
I have been pushing myself at the gym for 3 weeks and I get the same moist feeling but I don't drip sweat the way others do. I am losing weight but I am not sweating like others. I don't know why but it is common, "fat girls don't sweat, we glisten."

How the heck do you keep your carbs under 50 when a banana is 30 carbs?!
I was just told to stay away from bread, rice, potatoes, and anything of that nature. Besides that I was told to eat my Protein first then my veggies and if there is still room the fruit.

I RAN
When I was in High School I loved to run. And I ran every night after work until I got pregnant with my 12 year old. While I was pregnant I had horrible morning sickness that didn't go away until after I delivered him, but the morning sickness always hit worse at night so I stopped running. Yada Yada Yada I never got back into running and got fatter and fatter. Tonight I decided I was going to try to run around the block and I did it. It took me 15 minutes and I'm sure most runners would have said I was jogging but to me it was a run. I came home and laid on the floor panting like a dog for 10 minutes but I did it, and wanted to share!

As long as your job isn't lifting or anything too physical you should be fine. 2 weeks post-op you shouldn't be in Water or lifting but everything else you should be fine to do.

Has anyone tried/is trying the Couch to 5k? (If not, what exercises do you do?)
I do 30 minutes on a treadmill and then 16 circuit weight machines daily and 3 times a week I take an aqua aerobics class. Seems to be working for me right now.

My Family Standing in my Way
I was sleeved on March 11th and I have been working out at the gym everyday for the last 3 weeks. My husband is also over weight (6'2" and 285 lbs.) I want him to come to the gym with me and all week he tells me he is too busy from work, so I begged him to go to the gym with me today, he agreed. We got the the gym and the kids club was closed so there was nothing for my 8 year old daughter to do but sit on the side and wait. She was doing that but she was bored, my husband did 30 minutes on the treadmill next to me and then he was gone. I asked my daughter where he went and she didn't know. My son had finished by that time and he wanted to leave. I kept doing my weight lifting and trying to do everything I normally do and they kept walking into a room they aren't allowed in to ask if I was done yet. I finally got mad and left, we found my husband sitting on a bench out front complaining about how long it took me. I don't know what to do, I'm angry at them for stopping me from working out and so disappointed that they don't understand that I take my work out and weight lose seriously. I don't know why they can't see that for 15 years I have put them first in every aspect and they still fight me when I am trying to put myself first now in this. This is hurting me more than them eating out all the time and drinking soda in front of me and eating ice cream daily.

100 Pounds in 4 Months?
I'm just over 2 months out and I have lost 50 pounds. But I work out at the gym 3 hours a day 6 days a week. Not everybody has that kind of time to dedicate to working out. But with that said, I don't think 100 pounds in 4 months is realistic. I have noticed the weight lose has slowed. I have hit a stall that lasted for 2 weeks and I think I am just entering another stall, I've been at the same weight for 3 days now. You just have to keep working and not focus on the pounds, it will all be good in the end as long as you keep working.
