  1. I am in the same boat. Today is four weeks and I have lost 27 lbs. I have not lost anything since 6/20. I am trying not to get frustrated and stay on program. I dont intake more than 400 calories and I walk 2 to 4 miles a day. My husband had surgery same day as me and he too has stalled. I say this to say, maybe its par for the course. Hang in there.
  2. I am only 4 weeks out as of today, and I am down 27. But I have not lost any weight since 6/20. Only thing I can say from talking to others, is stick with your plan and it will come off. I know its hard to understand. I dont eat right now more than 400 calories, how can I not lose? But just think, you are down 20 lbs, that's alot and obviously something we couldnt do before. Keep up the good work!

  5. I was sleeved on May 29th, with my hubby. I am day 4 and back to normal. I also had a hernia repair. I will admit the first two days, I was cussing my hubby out, it didnt seem like the pain was going to end. We walked day one. I think that helped. Up to 2 miles today. Dont worry, it does get better, trust me.
  6. Was sleeved on 29th, with my husband. We also didnt get any injections to take home. Welling way better. First two days I soneas having regrets. Think my hernia repair made things worse. But up to walking 2 miles. Getting protein in, but defintely need help in getting more fluids in. #babysteps
  7. You are so right, learning to listen to my new body!
  8. Diva, praying for relief for you soon. My husband and I are 2 days postop, and its funny how different we both feel. He is in alot more pain than I am. I am worried about dehydration as I barely got 8 oz in today! Keep your head up, this too shall pass.

  10. Me and my husband both had surgery Thursday. Me at 8am him at 1040. Two days post op and I am so glad we did do same day. No need to explain what im feeling or vice versa. He is in more pain than me. But we still managed to push out a nice mile walk. Although now I feel like I was hit by a truck? Is there a limit on really how hard we should push? Everyone says walk walk and more walk. Just dont want to cause more damage?.

  13. You look amazing. Congrats on your success and sharing. I am 2 days post surgery, cant wait to share my successes.
  14. Day 2 here. Liquids only. Tomorrow can add protein shake, which I have no desire.
  15. I am two days out. And I can control the pain. Actual walked 1.33 miles this morning, but I am having trouble swallowing. Every sip I take I feel it going down and a bubble. And I am in no way taking big sips. Hang in there. Day 4 should not be like day 2. Thats what gonna keep me going.
