  1. New&Improved , how can you no longer gain weight?
  2. I am curious to know why some people can have protein bars and others aren't allowed. I'm not allowed as I am only allowed 15-21 total carbs a day. Are there any that are actually good for you ? They all seem to be so high in carbs , but have lots of protein. Any advise appreciated . Thanks.

  4. I had my surgery @ Centennial. I had Dr. Dyer. I like him. But, I do not care much for one of the NUT. I am 6 months & 1 week out & down 71 lbs. How is everyone from Nashville ?
  5. Doesn't carbs matter as well ? And what is the proper amount to be getting in at 6 months out ? I have 11 more lbs. to go but, not losing that very fast... Need some tips . Btw, I get a total of around 15 -21 carbs a day. & suppose to be 500 calories a day.
  6. I would live to know what everyone's carbs amounts are daily as well as calories. My NUT says 15 total carbs a day & 500 calories a day. I am 6 months out and have lost 71 lbs. have 11more lbs. to go to goal. Just curious if I should be getting in more cal. & carbs. Just comparing..
