  1. I was warned that blending things would put to much air in the drink and cause gas pain. Have you had any issues???
  2. I was going to buy a Lexus when I hit 100lbs down. But now that my bf and I are talking about getting married it doesn't seem important.
  3. I made a plan of what I was going to eat today, and stuck with it 715 calories. I tried to eat extra slow and chew extra so I would make sure I knew as soon as I felt the full feeling. I was still able to eat a 3oz Buffalo chicken burger with laughing cow cheese (no bun just meat and cheese) It must be head hunger. And I MUST fight it!!!
  4. Does anyone else have no issues with food?? Like I haven't tried anything super bad, my worst treat is a Fiber one brownie. But I have no issues with chicken, fish, sea food, veggies. I'm glad but I'm worried I can eat anything and I am able to eat more and more. I'm scared I'm eating to much! And worried I won't be able to stop. I still keep around 700-800 calories but it now takes grate effort! Am I alone in this?? I used to struggle to get enough, now it is soooo not a problem.
  5. Ms Lauren what's new in your process?? This has been the best thing I have ever done for myself.

  8. I had a hard day testerday. As soon as I got off the phone from receiving some stressful news I went straight to look for food.....I caught myself and made hot tea to comfort me instead. But damn it!! it was frustrating to catch myself in old habits!! Then when my boyfriend got home and we were having a discussion in regards to my stressful news I started crying. Then couldn't figure out why I couldn't eat.......I had swallowed to much air when I cried....... Then after 4-5 good burps after we left dinner, I was ready to finish my food but I had thrown away what I couldn't eat before.......eh I probably didn't need it anyways.
  9. That's good and all but also the importance of protein can't be stressed enough. If your not getting enough from food, supplement
