Tried to have the procedure three years ago, but Connecticare denied it, and Dr. Denise Bagardas' APRN was of no help with filing an appeal...I have now gone to Dr. Valin's office- The office staff has gone out of their way to help me every step of the way-polite, informative, and genuine.Dr. Ursula McMillian (partner of Dr. Valin's) is doing my surgery- absolutely wonderful bedside manner :) BANDED 9-24-10
