about 2 months before I talked about lap banding I started with a trainer and riding my bike everyday... Then about a month ago I went forth with looking into lap banding . And got banded on 10 /11....

:help:Hello, well as you know I got banded on 10/11..... and have been feeling realy good. But today I started getting lite headed, I think I need to eat a more any suggestions? I think Iam eating about 600 total cals.

Hello, Well today was great, checked in at Crown Piont @ 12:30 and was in Pre-op by 1:00 and in OR by 1:10. All I have to say is that everyone was great. A+ WOW these great people treated me as if I was family lol even better family.. And I feel great... Dr Kirshenbaum was one great doctor ! :clap2::whoo:

Also this weekend I went shopping.... I wear a XXl or sometimes Xl shirt. Yesterday I went and bought new Shirts Size Med,,,,, GOAL is to wear theses very soon....... Hope the styles dont change LOL....... -

Ist meal isAgenix IsaLean shake 231 Cal+ banana 2nd Noon chicken Breast, Steamed Veg, 1/2 cup Brown Rice 3rd Another Shake then banana 4th Chicken or Fish Grilled or Baked, Vegs, 1/2 cup Brown Rice around 5pm. I eat my 4th meal within 1 hour of riding my bike. NO LATER 1.5 after If need and another Banana or Apple at night as snack -

Well my Band date with Dr K is Oct 11th @ 3:00 pm... I have started a diet and in three weeks have lost 23 lbs and working with a trainer 3X week and riding bike the other days 6 miles. I cant wait<<<<<<<<< -
