2blessed I track my intake on MyFitnessPal in order to ensure I am getting enough Protein and it calculated my calories at 1200. I can't imagine only eating 500 a day! I would think I was starving to death. -

My three months started towards the end of August and I had my surgery December 5. I really didn't have a year of failed weight loss but my doctor had prescribed fentermine on two occassions over a one year period. -

I have Blue Cross Federal. It paid well and I only had to do 3 months before my surgery. -

3 weeks post op tomorrow... I can eat a good amount. Is this normal?

I feel like I eat more than I had expected. I kept hearing I wouldn't be able to eat more than the size of my thumb...? Anyway, I track what I eat on MyFitnessPal so I an getting enough Protein and I know I am eating significantly less than I used to. So, maybe it will take me a little longer. But I will get there! -

I felt like I have stalled recently and just wound up in the hospital with vertigo, most likely from dehydration, so I have been frustrated and ate a few things I shouldn't have. But I get right back into my routine. I did hear the dehydration could be masking my losing while while my body is reshaping. I don't know that I said that right but whoever responded to me last night made it make sense. -
I lived on refried Beans and chicken broth for several weeks but didn't really have any trouble. Have you tried egg drop soup?

Hi I am 57 and had the sleeve December 5. I have lost 30 lbs and been stalled and frustrated. Also had a severe case of vertigo last Thursday which might be caused by dehydration. Ever heard of this?

I'm not certain but it could possibly be from dehydration. I wound up going to the hospital last Thursday with a severe case of vertigo. Possible cause, dehydration.
