Hi my name is Katie I am 34 yeas old and I live in Key West FL I will be making trip to Matrgate FL on March 6th for my Pre Op Ed Class and then taking the BIG step on March 7th! Any words of advice or suggestions would be great ! What do I bring to the hospital? What are the days / weeks after surgery like? Thanks Katie

How are your pre-op diets going? I started mine 3/17 and as of Friday I am down 6 lbs its much easier than I expected
