I have had chicken , sweet potatoes , and greens also soups not all at once but I have had it and it's good

You will b fine it's not bad at all really the worst part is the gas !!

From my surgery until now I'm down 30lbs and that was only 2weeks !!!!!!

Yes the gas is the worst but other then that it's not to bad !!!

Today I am 1 day post op and I'm havin a lot of gas some pain but the gas is the worse part , but I'm so happy I did it !!
