Today is day for me, I feel better, I have gas pains when I walk up my stairs to my apartment, it's horrible. However last night was the first time I was able to sleep in my bed, which was awesome because I've been sleeping on my couch.

I am trying... I just realized my grammar was all messed up, I blame that on the pain medicine.

I do not drink carbonated drinks. It's just all apart of the procedure.

I am watching my hair, I take biotin as apart of my daily regime. As we speak I am deep conditioning my hair, then I am going to do a protective style on it.

The gas pains suck....it's hard to take deep breathes, and I live on the second floor...

Know there are April banders out there, why is our month so empty? I was banded April 3, 2014 three days later I feel fine, just tired off and on, I am tired of these gas pains and falling asleep randomly. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Tomika

I am a natural fury girl as well. I have been perm free for four years. It wasn't til this last year I learned how to grow thicker longer hair. As for my band, I was banded April 3rd, 214. So far everything is great,except this gas pain... Tomika

I was told not to chew gum because it builds up extra gas in the tummy and that will cause gas pains....

Kimk and cccv4, you all will be ok, I usually tell people the story of my parents, when the tell me they are having trouble conceiving. My mother told me that her my dad tried for 3 years to get pregnant, one day in their drunken stuper, I was conceived. When they stopped stressing over it God et happen he wanted it to happen. cccv4, welcome mad good luck! So you can only have shakes all day? Today I was tested, I went out to dinner with my friend and daughter and while they indulged in delicious looking food, I munched on celery and waited for my light choice steak meal to come. It was well worth the wait. I really want popcorn right now.

The surgery center actually forwarded the prescription to my surgeon. I hope he signs it and I get approved. That would help big time on my grocery cost.
