Are you using chewable or chewable gummies? I thought my NUT told me gummies were fine and now I'm reading otherwise.

I'm 15 days away from my sleeve surgery. I'm a planner so I like everything in order, in advance. I'm making various stocks and freezing them in these awesome portion zip locks I got from Walmart. They are 1c. bags so I can track how much I'm using. I refuse to use bouillon cubes for liquids. I've got beef and chicken stock so far. How are you prepping for surgery ?

Actually I just saw this - but did pick up a trial of garden of life "fit meal". I got plain - we shall see!

Oh no! I wonder if the plain one has an after taste. Looking for more natural powders. I'm still pre op (2 more weeks) but I'm proactively searching for a good natural powder.

I agree with the above. Perhaps she's just scared. Has she done any information sessions with you to better understand? I hear a lot of spouses fear a new image will gain the attention of new spectators... But with a strong healthy marriage - that shouldn't be an issue.

How long was the FML? I'm only taking 2 weeks off and will work from home post op for a few weeks. Is working from home at all an option?

Hi everyone. Prepping for surgery in just a couple weeks. Planning all kinds of help and stuff. Was everyone driving pretty soon after? Interested in knowing an idea of how long before I should.

Such a great idea to make your own soup stocks! I want to do that now. Yes! As long as you strain them, no chunks of anything - it's "clear liquid". Going to use them when im on 10 day liquid. I even have my friends offering to make some.

March 18! I love my Protein shake - Numedica Slim Fit. All natural, sweetened with stevia, dutch chocolate. 26g protein To prep for surgery: I've lined up a family member for the dog to stay with for a week. A dog walker for the second week. I'm deep cleaning my house and will do so again when the date is closer. I'm making homemade stocks so I don't have to use bouillon, and freezing them. I'm making my friends and family aware of what I'm to expect afterwards so they know how to be of assistance to me. I've lined up friends/family to come by each day I'm out of work since my husband will only be off of work the days I'm in hospital. I have help coming over for 2weeks!

What hospital was your surgery? Hang in there, new adjustments for your body and mind. It will get better!

He always guessed and was always significantly lower (nice guy). He found out during my consultation. Now since I have plan to get rid of the weight, it doesn't bother me to share progress

It's curious if anyone did a colonic before surgery? I want to ask my dr. but sometimes eastern medicine frowns upon western medicine.
