  9. Heather, I am 7 weeks post op as of today, I measure all my food out. I have one of the scales from weight watchers, My doctor says I can eat up to about 9 ounces at lunch and dinner, I am at about 3-6ounces. It takes me about 1 hour to eat, and I am full. I eat only three meals a day. If you eat slower that may help. Try putting your fork down in between each bit and also try using a baby or toddler fork, that seems to help me as well. keep us posted. gwinky
  10. I use the Centrum chewables they are not bad. I also take a calcium chewable as well. gwinky
  11. Margo, I used the BOOST high protein shake, there taste pretty good. I had a problem finding a protein shake I like. However, those were pretty good. Also, I just order this other stuff it is called Muscle Milk, it is got alot of stuff in it that we need. check it out. In the search button on computer type in Muscle Milk. I will let you know how it taste.
  12. My doctor says we can drink coffee, it doesn't have to be decaf. However, ever doctor is different and there may be a reason why he/she is telling you that.
  13. I can eat chicken, actually chicken, fish and turkey are good. I can eat salad. My dotcor tells you no steak or red meat because 1 it is hard to chew and 2 it is fatty. Basicly each person is different, or must try different things. He will know what he can eat and what he can't eat.
