  6. ✋hi everyone, I have a question if your 1-2 months post-op and you travel for vacation did you pack your shakes, protein bars, protein powder ect, how did you get all of your proteins in..at 1-2 months what stage of food is that is that the soft food stage.....

  15. Hi I wanted to know is there any info on this thread about African Americans and hair thinning, if so any info on what help it or what you could do to prevent the thinning. Also how long does the shedding last....
  16. Hi everyone, I had my first class and she stated that you should stop smoking at least 3-6 months before surgery is that true, also how soon can you start back after surgery.......
