  3. These are the ones I have used-Pure Protein (Walmart, Costco), Click (The Vitamin Shoppe, Drink Click online) and Inspire (bariatriceating.com) I would also go to Bariatric Foodie site. She has many recipes to improve the taste of your protein shakes plus a great book called "The Bariatric Foodie Guide to Perfect Protein Shakes". It is well worth the price. Without this book I am not sure I would have survived the protein shakes. Best of luck. Hope this helps.

  7. LowCarb is good, another place that is good is well.ca. It is in Guelph, fast service too. I used the sugar free flavoured syrups for my Optifast period. When I was on the protein shakes I really liked the Bariatric Foodie site. Never had a problem drinking them with her recipes. Started at 242 in February 2014 when I had surgery, and am now 100 pounds lighter. Can't believe I am back to me.

  9. I used Bariatric Advantage Chews for three months right from the beginning. Loved them. Hate the horse pills I have to take now.
  10. My biggest problem lately has been grazing or tasting too. My surgery was Feb. 6th. I am down 55 pounds so far. Hasn't helped my knees though????. But I seem to have a great desire for carbs. Guess I should improve my liquid intake and double check my protein count.

  14. Hi Linda here. I am having a problem today. I am hungry, really hungry, just want to nibble. Had my surgery Feb. 6 and it was gastric bypass. When I did nibble it was things that fit the plan but I know more than I should have. Any suggestions
