  10. Hi everyone ! I was originally banded in 2007. I lost 50 lbs initially , then had several band issues and had fluid removed. I've gained back about 30 lbs but luckily didn't return to my pre-op weight. My band has been empty for a couple of years now. I had an UGI/KUB yesterday to check band placement and for any possible issues. Everything looks good , just a wide open band. So yesterday I re-started my journey . I'm having to reteach myself the bandy lifestyle! Please feel free to offer up your most helpful tricks of the trade
  11. Thanks for the info. I would like to possibly replace my coffee with some tea. I drink too much caffeine .
