  2. Thanks :-) Dr. Stahl is my surgeon. When did you have your sleeve done.? I am not so nervous about pre op but I am nervous about post op Dr. Stahl did my surgery in October and I didn't have one minute of trouble. No pain at all and I am down 50 lbs.
  3. Try Pure Protein. It has 23 grams of protein and only 110 calories. I drink the chocolate and it tastes a lot like chocolate milk. As to the vitamins, Bariatric Advantage has a vitamin that you don't have to chew. It is a capsule and I find them much more agreeable than the chewables. They also have chewable calcium that comes in a few different flavors. They are pretty good.
