    My surgery is also August 25th. I started a 4 week all liquid Optifast diet yesterday, so I'm hungry and excited all at the same time.

    I'm on the second day of my all liquid pre-op diet. I have to be on it 28 days and right now I just can't see how that's going to happen. I want real food more than anything right now. But I'm not going to do it. I'm just going to sit here and try not to think about it.
