  1. I am pre-op as well. I started a little bit at a time too. This was really helpful. It's hard to try to do everything at once. I did one thing at a time for a few days before I added anything else. I also tried differnet Soups and shakes that we on the preop diet before hand. All I can really say is good luck its a tough journey.

  3. I understand what you are going thru. My husband and son are supper suportive. I have also told my co-workers. I have not told my family. My family is very non supportive. My mother had gastric bypass. She is still very large. Over 400 pounds. She is against all surgery. So I have made the choice not to say anything, She made the choice to eat the same and not to exercise. You can not worry about what they think. This is a very personal choice. As long as you have the support you need elsewhere. Best of luck to you.
  4. Hi All, I am in the pre-op stage of my diet. We have to drink 3 Protein drinks per day. The one I bought was awful. What did you find tobe the best tasting? Thanks ~B
  5. Hi everyone, I am scheduled for 2/3/14 for the sleeve at Christus St Vincent in Santa Fe, NM. My surgeon is Dr Wetherill. I am so excited and scared all at the same time. Good luck everyone:)
