Hi. I was sleeved Feb 6. And was averaging 1-2 lbs a day. Now for past 5 days nothing. This makes no sense to me. I am clearly taking in less calories then you burn in a day. I am on 2 shakes n soft protiens. I get my protien in morning with a protoshot49. My Dr said he wasn't worried bout losing weight right now. That i need to heal completely. Has anyone experienced a stand still so early? Also if I get my protien in the morning do I need to eat any more during day? Thanks ????

Awww a breath of fresh air. Thank you everyone. I did wake up today and had dropped 3 lbs so hopefully my stall is over....For now. I will start spreading my protien out. May just open it n take sips throughout the day. Bc I did down it yesterday morning. It's was like drinking syrup. Soo gross. But then I was so shaky n icky all day. Not good. I tried avocado been one my favorites since BIRTH and now I can't eat it. I will just keep on keeping on. Again thanks everyone for ur advise n listening ears

I was done 2.6.14. I am also on full liquids till 19th. But I have been doing muscle milk slightly frozen, power crunch bars (OMG so yummy), Soups, malt o meal, and I ordered foods from a bariatric website that have high protien foods. I am wondering if there is any one way to do this. I feel I can tolerate just about everything iv tried. I even had a few protien chips made from lentils and garbanzo Beans n some other bean with my soup. I don't eat much. But I have been losing bout pound a day then today NOTHING. ugh right wrong good bad?!?!?

Hello. We have the same date. I was sleeved 2.6.14. I haven't felt emotional. But I wasn't going to b surprised if i was. With all the emotional situations going on right now. We r reborn into a new n different world. I am struggling with logistics of what to eat what not to eat. I seem to tolerate things just fine. I found some chips that r high protien. And power crunch bar...OMG heaven! But we r support a b on full liquids. So idk. I am feeling over whelmed.

Hi. I'm in Tucson. Had my sleeve done Feb 6. So far I feel good. My bellybutton hurts most. I am not doing real good at getting all my liquids but trying. I want malto meal. I have heard different Dr have different ideas as to clear liquids n pureed foods. Day 5 coming up. What have u been tld?

Hi. I am scheduled Feb 6. Just wondering how many days you stayed in hospital. I have a 6 month old so trying to coordinate n get an idea of how long ill b in and also recovery time. I have read a weeknight usually good. Thx

What's crazy is I live all the way in Durant, down by the Red River but was born and raised in Paul's Valley. My friends have used Dr Nelson and loved her, she's at a Center of Excellence and I think it's worth the drive. My daughter plans to go to OU when she graduates next year. Boomer Sooner! April Small world. My ex husband was born n raised in Paul's Valley. A good dr is always worth the drive

Hi everyone. I just got my approval and my surgery date today!! Post op Jam 22 and surgery Feb 6! I would love to make some friends to talk to n take this journey with. I have a support team here but I want someone who can really understand.
