  1. Thankfully my Dr gave me my lab results and I just looked them over. I'm in normal range?!? The only thing I've done differently this past month is I haven't worked out nearly as much... Maybe only 4 or 5 times instead of every other day . Inventory at work but I plan on getting back on track next week after its over!
  2. I've tried coconut water but not oj. Thanks I'll try that but I don't like bananas blah lol
  3. Morning all! I had my survey Jan. 28th this yr and within the last month I've been experiencing leg and back spasms/cramping. Anyone else??? I have a follow up appointment next Mon and I'm gonna see my primary care as well. Hope they can shed some light as to why and help me stop them.
  4. You look great! What's your workout routine like?
  5. Hi all! I was sleeved 1/28 SW 287 CW 244. I just had a follow up visit and my NUT said she was disappointed with my weightloss! Although I listen and follow my plan I'm glad I don't live for how others feel about me! LOL I'm happy about my loss thus far and reading everyone else's stats seems like I'm right on track....
  6. I had surgery 1/28 and I'm down 40. I think you are doing great! If you begin to compare yourself with others you will never see your accomplishments as anything more than OK. Chin up and keep up the great work!
  7. I was also converted on 1/28/13. Best choice I ever made!!! I was very much so afraid of the pain after surgey...was I gonna feel like I had the majority of my stomach chopped off??? Lol nope! Felt like I did a thousand sit ups and thankfully no gas pains cause as soon as I was wheeled from the recovery room I walked and walked and walked! I started out at 287 and I'm down to 247! Healthier me is just around the corner No need to fear the surgery...fear what your quality of life will be without it. Best of luck to you Crys
  8. I went thru the same thing and had no relief until my Dr put me on nexium. It has been a life saver for me. Good luck to you!
  9. I feel you with the shakes. I have to mix mine with milk. That's the only way I can stomach them and it actually tastes good with milk.
  10. Lovely mama are you getting enough fluids n protein? I was also sleeved on the 28th n I didn't begin to feel close to normal until I met my requirements. It wasn't and still isn't easy. Good luck to you!
  11. I bruise easily also and every where they gave me a shot I had a huge bruise. My surgery was 1/28 and the bruises are still slightly visible. Give it some time you'll be fine! Good luck to you!!
  12. I'm from Woodbridge. Hi Jersey sleevers! I had my surgery on Jan 28 at Morristown hospital with Dr Nusbaum. Love him!
  13. My nut said that my Isopure protein is not counted towards 48-64oz of fluid that is required. Well that SUCKS!!! LOL So my question to you guys is when you add protein to something warm does it change, break it down, alter the protein? Thanks in advance!
