Well, I am here. I am going in to see Dr. K tomorrow afternoon. I am having very sharp stabbing pains in my left side and towards my stomach. They go up my side, up my back and then I have very bad heartburn. I can't even stand up straight. This only happens when I eat or drink. My port site feels really strange to me...almost swollen. I am taking Prilosec. I am scared to death that something is wrong. I will die, literally if something is wrong.

I have heard of Iron that disolves under your tounge, but don't know anything about it. Good luck! I hope that your feeling better soon!

I agree with the whole workout thing... My first 60 pounds fell off, the last 30 are stuck. My workouts will be increased this week!

EVERYONE PRAY I DIDNT SLIP MY BAND OR START ERODING IT!!!! I was in the ER all last night with a kidney stone...I couldn't stop throwing up and dry heaving. Even after all the anti-nasea meds. I am worried sick. I bet I threw up/dry heaved at least 50 times!! So everyone start praying...I will die if something happens to the band!

I am staying on plan today because I haven't been....

I am 6 months out and STILL have a hard time not drinking with meals. You would think that it would push stuff down, but I have such awesome restriction that it actually pushes the food back up...and then you know what that means! Just know Sidann, we all screw up. If there is a bandster out there that has been 100% perfect, they are lying. We screw up, we move on! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Sidann~ It is so easy to eat around the band...much easier than one may think. I had 2 potato skins and the a Cold Stone Ice Cream!! Yikes!!! It is so hard when you have 2 of the cutest kids B E G G I N G you to PLEEEEEAAASSSSSEEEE lets go get ice cream... The good thing is that you know what you did and you know what you have to DO to get back on track. I am glad you have lost weight since your fill! Now lets get our fannies back in gear in the morning!
