7. I have been getting rid of them as soon as they don't look flattering. Droopy baggy butt pants and figure swallowing shirts. It feels good to look good so I try to dress the part.
8. Sometimes I wish I could just eat more. You know when you get something really good and your full before you can enjoy it. I'm glad I don't mind left overs.
9. I've gone through the same thing and I'm still loosing. I started adding more raw veg and fruit to my diet. Walking at least 3x a week.
10. One week ago I slipped and fell. I hit my head hard and my ribs and scapula are hurt too. The scale jumped up 6 pounds 2 days after. The scale has been down 4 pounds and back up 2 pounds. I'm eating the same. Is this weight gain from swelling?

12. No problem with alcohol (no beer) I feel it faster and get way too tipsy too fast if I'm not careful. It's because I can't eat and drink at the same time. I've cut it out to see if I loose more weight without it. I'm sure I will- I lost 1 lb in 2 days. I have low energy too. I drink liquid whey protien from wall mart near the pharmacy. It's like thick grape syrup but it helps. 3.5 oz container 42 G Protein and I drink half at a time. I have been making videos of my journey on utube if you want to watch. kayakerak I think we are doing great. I'm glad I'm not alone. It's VSG WLS
13. It's been 10 weeks. I'm down 28lbs since surgery and 38 total. I'm loosing slow and steady. Should it be more by now? I can eat almost anything but not a lot. Milk upsets my stomach still and I stay away from sweets. I started exercising 3 weeks ago to kick start my metabolism. I'm looking and feeling better. Yet I feel impatient about my weight loss. Also alcohol is easy to get down so I'm staying away from that too since it's empty calories. What's going on with you?
14. Hello I was sleeved 1-22-14. One week ago today! I'm down 7lbs. I feel run down and sore at the incision sites. I'm not hungry. I'm able to drink well. I'm on liquids for one more week then two weeks of soft foods. I like veg broth Jello and crystal light. nectar Cappuccino protien powder tastes good but many other favors are gross to me now. I'm getting about 300 cal 40g Protein in the last few days. Chewable Vitamins and sublingual b-12 and Biotin are tolerated ok too. Sf Popsicles but I've only had half of one. I'm going on vacation next week. I hope I have the energy.
Created by MyFitnessPal - Nutrition Facts For Foods
I
