  9. Smooth move tea, shouldnt be called smooth. There is nothing smooth about this. Gives me the worst cramps I have ever had, even brought me to tears. Horrible pains. Had enema, much better.
  10. I had surgery with Dr.A. In dec. It was ok. Not great. Very different, and chop shop sounds about right. Although I have not had complications thus far, I wish I would have done more research. Good luck.
  11. I had surgery 12/11/13. Still going through different changes. Acid reflux even when I take my medications. Cant handle dairy anymore. I however am getting creative with my vitamix. I have lost 27 lbs in 23 days. Thats exciting
  12. Any suggestions for vegan 3weeks out of surgery? I seem to not tolerate dairy, or meat prodycts well.
  13. Use emergency powdered drink to replace electrolytes, vitamins. Its way better for you than gatorade. Taste is goid as well.
  14. I have had the same issue. Can drink all day, but now I am starting with food. I get pain in my throat, and find that I spit up, like a baby would you know. And tjis is only after like 3-4 tbs of food. I am chewing it up for days. Anyone know when this will subside?
  15. I have been keeping my weight loss surgery a secret from everybody, and its been very hard especially through holidays. I cant eat solid foods yet, and every get together is surrounded by food. I have been pretending to eat and when no one is looking I spit in napkin, and shovel the rest on my husbands plate. This has caused a lot of pain, spitting up, and it sucks. My husband and mom are the only ones that know. Had to tell my mom because she needed to dogsit for us. She grilled me, and stressed me out even more, and so I would rather not share my journey with those closest to me, because they stress mr out. I just want to come out of the closet with it, so there is not so much presssure. Why are you not eating, you need to try this etc. Sometimes I pretend to be sick, then people are concerned because I have already lost 27 lbs in 3 weeks. Family and friends are so quick to judge, I feel like I have to keep this a secret as well. Maybe oneday I will tell everyone, but for now I am stuck.
