  1. Google consignment shop or resale shop. The cosignment shop will sale your clothing for you. Also call around to churches after you Google them also and they have some clothing as well. 2Nd hand stores too. Please if you can do that first before you purchase at any retail store.

  3. Hey, how are you. What are you looking for. Clothes or coupon sites. Keep me posted
  4. Anybody know of a doctor who does a belt lipectomy. I'm in the Michigan area.
  5. Yes they do and look in the paper or online for coupons. I am also an extreme couponer. Resale shopping and couponning gives me such a rush. Just to think gently used clothes for pennies on the dollar and almost free. The best thing i could have ever done. I am still in a 12-14. So this is the best place.for me.to.shop. Pants or jeans.with.zippers or buttons.
  6. Yes i invited my sister. I told her that this site was amazing. Enjoying myself. Thanks
  7. Be Blessed and encourgaed. This journey is hard but we must continue to encourage one another. Thanks for so much support.
  8. Honey i live atbthe Salvation Army. I go in Friday and Saturday. They have 5 for 5. The same color ticket. Its amazing. I have cleaned up. I go every weekend. 10 dollars can buy you a weeks worth of clothes. Yay for second hand stores.
  9. Its just fluid. The weight is going to start coming off. It takes about 1 year to lose about 100 lbs then it slows down a little bit. But if you eat right it can continue to excel at a fast pace and if u exercise you will love your results. Walking is fun and peaceful. Walk at your own pace. Drink your protien and water. I lived off of that for 2 years. I did that because i did not want to chew. Still not a fan of chewing. So i keep liquid around and it fills you up fast.. Also after you lose what you want please dont make the mistake of weighing yourself like i did everyday. It will drive you Crazy. You will do Great
  10. Im still having complications with my tummy tuck any suggestions. My insicion is still open. Waiting on insurance to notify me of a revision. Any suggestions on a great plastic surgeon for a belt lipectomy

    3 yrs out

Sorry to so late to respond. Just learning how to reply. Lol. Nevertheless one side did not heal properly and the inscision keeps opening like a sore. They didnt do the back fat so a revision needs to be redone. A belt lipectomy seems to be the only thing that can fix the problem. I also have a rash on the other side as well. Seems to me that if my cut had of been higher then i wouldnt be having this problem. So i am doing the waiting game. I feel thay i am going to get it. Thanks for the concern

    What they didnt tell me.......

I agree. The same with me. I use sensodyne toothpaste. That helps. As far as food. I still do soft foods. Chewing is a chore. I hate it because of the sensitivity and i dont throw up soft foods. Mentally i was so worried about my body image. Hell i had more confidence when i was Fat. Reality speaking i am healthier. The problems physically have always been there just couldnt be assessed because of the excess weight. We have to change our mindset. Its a journey. Thank God for this site. Its gonna be alright.
