Hey, I'm Kris. My Surgery date is April 28th. I'm excited and nervous. My stomach hurts when I feel this way. My pre-op diet is going good. Surgery dates will be here in no time.

My surgery date is the 28th of April and I myself have cheated, failed, and etc. The doctor told me I can not gain any weight and need to stick to there food items. I have to do all clear liquids the day before surgery but I'm leaning towards doing it 2 days before. Good luck to everyone. Things happen and we learn from it.

Hello All, My surgery date is in April 28th. I am taking one week off. My doctor requires one day liquid diet which is before surgery . I need to lose 5-10 pounds it's not easy. My Nutritionist had everyone on a 2 shake a day for breakfast /lunch ,2 yogurts for snack a day, and dinner is one piece of meat and greens. It's so hard. I feel like I'm starving. Headaches are being to come. I have my good and bad days. Today is a good day. How is Everyone else doing?

Yes it was through my insurance. I was told the insurance processed it quickly.

Hello Everyone, Today is the day! I am in the outpatient surgical center waiting for the my procedure to begin. I have followed everything up to date and this is exciting! I'm so happy! The nurses are lovely here in the Hudson Valley. This is my last step then seeing the doctor to set a date! Yay me!
