  5. I found it out the hard way also, i have gained 30 lbs, and i am now crazed.to take it off I have started the 5 day pouch diet today and i am doing ok . Just working through the process for the rest of the week. I am afraid of failure, but i realize i still have a little pouch waiting to get back on track,

    You have to believe and not give up. The weight you are is a disease and when you have the surgery you'll start feeling wonderful watching the weight fall off. You'll be able to move better, sleep better- its glorious. the one thing no one tells you is that there is a process we all go though which happens after the weight loss= where we get a little sloppy with the diet and for a while we don't see any consequences. The diet plan has to be relived call the Five Day Pouch Diet, just google it, It is something to know about before you get the surgery the surgeon doesn't mention this so go take a it will be a good process for you. I had the surgery 2 years ago and i am starting the five day pouch i am in the second day. Its all worth the processes. go forward and don't get discouraged. Look forward to hearing when you have had the surgery.
