  1. I feel your pain. I have lost 70 pounds which is great but I have 40 to go. I had surgery 10 months ago. I know I could do some things better but can't help but to compare myself to others. Sometimes it seems as though everyone else will reach their goal but me :,(.

  7. Your stomach is numb. It is not a good idea for you to eat solid food like pork this soon you can really hurt yourself. You might have become lactose intolerant please talk to your doctor or nutritionist about your food choices.

  12. An 2 weeks out and find I get dizzy with exertion. I had a hiatal hernia repair at the same time as the sleeve. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Not sure if it is dehydration ( it's hard to get all the water in) or lack of calories ( I get about 600 a day)
  13. If it keeps up it might be your gallbladder. Sometimes it presents oddly

I had a problem with water retention as well my surgery was on the 15th and the scale just started going down today post op day 6 I stil haven't gotten to my surgery weight But at least the scale is moving in the right direction don't freak out it surgery is a big stress on your body give yourself a chance to heal
  16. MY surgery was jan 15 hw 267 sw 247 cw 250 :/ I'm trying to be patient but why isn't this working
  17. My check in time at the hospital is 8am I can't sleep. I'm just going to bring my Pjs and robe and my kindle
  18. I had my final weigh in at dr office and pre registered at hospital my surgery is on Wednesday I'm excited
