  1. I waited 3 months. I started out with decaf, switched to regular at about 6 months. I use cream so I always log it.
  2. I am almost 16 months out. I can eat 4-5 ozs per meal & I usually have 1 or 2, 2 oz snacks. I don't count calories. I eat as low carb & high protein as possible. My goal is 100 gr protein per day. I don't exercise nearly enough.
  3. Dr. Sherman Yu with Texas Laproscopic Consultants (Houston) did my sleeve in December of 2013. I am really pleased with their whole organization.
  4. I didn't have any trouble swallowing my pills while after surgery. Maybe start with the smallest one & see how that goes.
  5. I am on my husbands Fed BC-BS plan & had no problem getting approval after the 90 days. I was 39, BMI of 44 with no co-morbidities. Good luck!
  6. I was in the same situation. I swear most of my pain after was from the hernia repair. Take things slow & easy after surgery. A small pillow to hold against your stomach when getting up & sneezing will come in handy. Best of luck!
  7. Using a straw- I sip, sip, sip from my Camelback all day.
