  1. I keep reading about people not being able to eat bread and other things. I am two months post-op and have had 1 fill, 1cc. I seem to be able to eat anything. I eat much smaller portions but can eat bread and really anything. I was really thinking after my first fill I would have restriction but don't. Hopefully next fill will be a little different. I am still losing weight and have started working out but curious why I don't feel what I hear so many talking about. Maybe I just don't know what "stuck" or "restriction" feels like??
  2. First fill was uneventful!! I am on liquids for two days so I don't know yet if anything is different. I do know I lost another 3 pounds so I am very excited about that. I now have 1cc and looking forward to reaching my first major goal which is only 5 pounds away. After that next goal 199!!
  3. Anyone have any helpful tips for me or let me know what to expect? Since being banded on 11/7 I have lost 20 pounds and am able to eat anything. I don't eat nearly as much as I used to, but I have no problems with any food and no restriction. Would like to have at least a little restriction. I am starting an exercise program on Wednesday (T25) so I can start toning before I lose any more.

  6. Definitely not a silly question! I use a baby spoon at home and when we go out I actually order from the kids menu.
