    I am just shy of one month post Op RnY (Nov 6). My surgery weight was 278 I am now down to 248. My goal weight is 145. Now that I have had the surgery and the weight is starting to come off, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

    I had the same problem until my doctor had me start on probiotics but he also said to try going lactose free or at least take the lactaid drops. It seems to be working.

    I am 20 days post op, I feel fabulous !! I am down 28 pounds. This was the best decision I ever made for myself ! HW/SW 278, current is 250.
