Kat you're more then welcome to stay. I don't think any of us mind you had a sleve. Lol So today my new tummy woke me with what sounded like an angry cat yelling. I didn't feel hungry but I guess I was. My hubby was very amused.

Happy birthday linds. They sent me home. I get to be In pain in my own bed tonight. Couldnt be happier.

Surgery went great. I'm in minimal pain. Just some gas on left side and a little in The new pouch. Doing a barium test for leaks thismorning then I start on clear liquids. Hope everyone goes as smooth as mine went!

From start to finish it took me about 16 months. It was frustrating at times waiting on all the steps to fall into place, and after a couple insurance snags im finally going to have my RNY tomorrow morning. Congrats on your appt and getting the process moving again

ill be heading into surgery in 12 hours! liquid diet isn't so bad and my tummy has settled from its case of nerves Got my bag packed (except my pillow) and the kids are being shipped off to stay with grandma and grandpa for a week. IM READY!

I have always had a nervous tummy, it seems someone let it know its about to be renovated in a couple days because tonight im anxious and it HURTS. starting my 2 day liquid diet in the morning and really not looking forward to dealing with a grouchy tummy.

I was told the pre-diet is to shrink our livers so the doctors can have more room to operate. mine is a 10 day diet with 2 day liquid before. ive been doing it for 4 months however and i lost 60 lbs from it. its brutal but wanting to get under 300lbs before surgery was a big motivator.

you both look amazing! I hope to be that small soon! one week til surgery i also hope to keep some of my curves. im afraid i wont have a butt anymore lol. As my parents got older their butts disappeared. heres hoping i have a lil cushion left when im done lol.

My surgery is scheduled for Nov 20th, been on this road for about a year. Ive lost 60 lbs so far and cannot wait to start my new life. Im coming to grips that i have to say goodbye to my best friend (food). Im having RNY. First time posting on this forum. I hope everyone does well!
