  1. Sleeved 10/31. Weight loss is stalled at 26 lbs right now. Been packing and moving and changing my level of activity but not officially exercising. Think it's time to start!!! I'm noticing inches and my skin is starting to hang in places. Need to tone myself!!
  2. Why didn't I find this thread sooner!!! You are a true inspiration to sleeves. I was sleeved on October 28 2013. I've been recovering well and down 25 lbs already. I've pushed myself physically to fast with sale of our home I've been packing and lifting a lot. But I strapped on a back brace backwards and keep moving. My surgeon said I was healing fine and these "pains" are normal. Everyday gets better.

  7. I prefer the lose it app and the nike fuel band. It keeps me honest with exercise calories!! You're fine just refocus.
  8. I just finished my liquid diet. I'm blending everything first. We cook like usually and I get a couple table spoons and come broth for liquid and I'm ready to go. Spices are you're new BFF!!! Season everything. Good luck. My fave right now is shepherds pie!!!! Got it at a local restaurant. I'll be eating it for days!!!
  9. I had my surgery in the 28th. I quickly learn that milk is no longer my friend. I still have cottage cheese and lots if Greek yogurt though without issue. I suggest and unflavored protein that you can add to everything any anything!!! Unjury is great!!! Good luck.
  10. I'm on Prozac and was approved with flying colors. No worries. Just answer questions honestly. Don't be afraid.
  11. I would suggest chewable calcium anti acids and maybe adding sucrafate to the mix. I had severe GERD prior to surgery and it's thankfully gone now!! But sucrafate was my saving grace before. It's requires a script from MD but is a fast dissolve tablet that can be crushed and mixed with liquid. Hope you feeling better soon!!!
  12. I'm a 36 year old RN and mother of two. I had "pneumonia" three times last year only to find out I had a hiatal hernia and was aspirating my GERD. Went to my awesome surgeon who has given me a second chance on life. He not only repaired my hernia but he did a sleeve as well in the 28th of October. I'm already down 20 lbs since my liver reduction diet started. I couldnt be happier. My goal is to be able to go on rides with my kids at Disney in December. Previously my hips were too big to ride any rides. Here's hoping!!!
